GULFSIDE VENTURES INC. — TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern any quote, booking, or service you request from Gulfside Ventures Inc. ("Gulfside Ventures," "we," "us," or "our"), including services provided under our brands such as [Destin Drywall, and other brand names]. By requesting a quote, booking a job, or accepting service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are based on the information and access provided at the time of the estimate. Prices may change if the scope of work changes once a technician is on site — for example, hidden damage, additional materials, or extra labor not visible during the initial quote. We'll let you know before doing any additional work beyond the original quote whenever reasonably possible.

3. Scheduling & Access

  • Appointment windows are estimates, not guaranteed arrival times; delays can happen due to weather, prior jobs, or supply availability.

  • You agree to provide safe, reasonable access to the property and work area at the scheduled time, including access to utilities (water, power) needed to complete the job.

  • If a crew arrives and cannot access the property or complete the work through no fault of ours, a trip or rescheduling fee may apply.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We ask for at least [24 hours'] notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less notice, or a missed appointment ("no-show"), may be subject to a fee of [$X / a percentage of the quoted job].

5. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are sent through our scheduling platform (Jobber) and are due [upon completion / within X days] unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • We accept payment by [card, ACH, check] processed through Jobber Payments or another listed processor. We do not store your full card number.

  • Unpaid balances past due may be subject to a late fee of [X% per month] and may be referred to collections.

  • For larger jobs, we may require a deposit before work begins, disclosed in your quote.

6. Workmanship & Warranty

We stand behind our work. Labor performed by Gulfside Ventures is warrantied for [X days/months] from the completion date against defects in workmanship, excluding normal wear, misuse, or damage from unrelated causes. Materials and products we install carry the warranty provided by their manufacturer, not by us, unless stated otherwise in your quote.

7. Photos & Job Documentation

We may take before/after photos of the work area for our records, invoicing, and quality purposes. We may use these photos for marketing (e.g., our website or social media) unless you ask us not to; we won't include identifying details like your name or address without your permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Gulfside Ventures' liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, issues unrelated to the scope of work performed, or indirect or consequential damages (such as lost time or lost income).

9. Insurance

Gulfside Ventures [is licensed and insured / carries general liability insurance] in the states where we operate. Certificates are available upon request.

10. Independent Contractors & Subcontractors

Some work may be performed by affiliated crews or subcontractors working under our quality standards. References to "our team" or "we" include these crews when performing work on our behalf.

11. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation directly with us before either party pursues formal claims, [and both parties agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration in [county/state] / small claims court].

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as our services change. The current version will always be posted here with its effective date. Continuing to book or accept services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
