GULFSIDE VENTURES INC. — PRIVACY POLICY
Effective date: September 9, 2026
1. Who We Are
Gulfside Ventures Inc. ("Gulfside Ventures," "we," "us," or "our") provides home service brands operating along the Florida Gulf Coast and other markets, including [Destin Drywall, and other brand names]. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you request a quote, book a service, or visit our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We manage scheduling, quotes, invoicing, and customer communication through Jobber, a field service management platform, along with related payment and messaging providers described below.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you, automatically through our booking tools, and from the service providers who help us run our business.
Contact details — name, mailing/service address, phone number, and email address, typically given when you request a quote or book a job.
Service & property information — the address where work is performed, job notes, quotes, photos or before/after images of the work, and service history.
Payment information — invoices, payment status, and transaction details. Card and bank details are processed directly by our payment processor (via Jobber Payments); we do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
Communications — text messages, emails, and call records related to scheduling, reminders, quotes, and support.
Website & booking activity — pages viewed, forms submitted, and basic device/browser information collected through cookies or similar tools if you use our website or online booking form.
3. How We Use It
We use the information above to:
Schedule, dispatch, and carry out the service you requested.
Send quotes, appointment reminders, invoices, and receipts.
Process payments and maintain accurate billing records.
Respond to questions, follow up after a job, and provide customer support.
Improve how we operate — staffing, service areas, and the accuracy of our quotes.
Send occasional service updates or promotions, which you can opt out of at any time.
4. Text & Email Messages
By giving us your phone number or email, you agree we may contact you about your service request — including appointment confirmations, arrival windows, quotes, and invoices — by text message and email, sent through our scheduling platform (Jobber) and its messaging partners.
SMS terms: Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies by job activity. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of text messages, or HELP for assistance. Opting out of texts does not affect your service — we'll reach you by phone or email instead.
5. Who We Share It With
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run the business:
Jobber Technologies Inc. — our scheduling, invoicing, and customer-communication platform.
Payment processors (e.g., Jobber Payments / Stripe) — to process card and bank payments securely.
Field crews & subcontractors — the technicians or partner crews assigned to your job, limited to what they need to complete it.
Service & software providers — email/SMS delivery, hosting, and analytics tools that help us operate.
Legal & safety requirements — if required by law, court order, or to protect the safety of our team or customers.
6. How Long We Keep It
We keep customer and job records for as long as needed to provide service, handle warranty or follow-up work, meet our accounting and tax obligations, and resolve any disputes — generally [X years] after your last service with us, unless a longer period is required by law.
7. Keeping It Secure
We rely on established, reputable platforms (Jobber and its payment and communication partners) that maintain their own security safeguards, and we limit access to customer information to the staff and crews who need it to do their jobs. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information against loss, misuse, or unauthorized access.
8. Your Choices & Rights
You can ask us to:
See what we have — we'll share the contact, service, and billing information we hold about you.
Correct it — we'll update inaccurate contact or account details.
Delete it — we'll remove it where we're not required to keep it for tax, legal, or warranty reasons.
Stop marketing — reply STOP to texts, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or contact us directly.
Residents of states with their own privacy laws (such as California) may have additional rights — contact us and we'll honor applicable requests.
9. Children's Privacy
Our services are directed at adults who own or manage property. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children, and our services aren't marketed to them.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as our services or tools change. We'll post the revised version here with a new effective date. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised policy.
